Salvando Wiki Wavemaker

Bueno, por alguna extraña razón, los servidores de wavemaker ya no tienen a disposición la wiki de wm :(. Por lo tanto, voy a ir c&p (y eventualmente traduciendo Y/o añadiendo comentarios).

Encrypted passwords

WaveMaker security does not encrypt the user password. Apps concerned about transferring data over the wire often configure the application server to use SSL. Encrypting passwords provides additional protection in addition to SSL, such as providing protection to user password storage. These examples do not salt the hash.
